Refund Policy for El Ebiary Shops:
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- If you want to return the product, it must be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.
- If the return is done on another day, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost.

3. How to Request a Refund:

- Provide order number, product name, and photo evidence of the defect or issue.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you to return the item.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Exchange Option:
- If you prefer, we can replace the defective item instead of issuing a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
