Refund Policy for El Ebiary Shops:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  •  Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. 
  • If you want to return the product, it must be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.
  • If the return is done on another day, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost.
  •  

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

 

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact our customer service via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email on same day of receiving the product.
  • Provide order number, product name, and photo evidence of the defect or issue.

 

4. Refund Process:

  •  Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you to return the item.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

 

5. Exchange Option:

  •  If you prefer, we can replace the defective item instead of issuing a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

6. Shipping Costs:

  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
